What you think the most is what you start to believe,
even if there is no other evidence than the constant chatter of your thoughts, judgments, opinions.
That is the power of perspective.
Thoughts and outer occurrences go hand in hand.
The way you process the world right now is based off of premeditated thoughts you held on how it would be and how you would feel about it.
Some days you might be thinking, “Work sucks. I hate it”.., then all you find that day is more reasons to hate it.
Instead change your thoughts, and eventually it will turn into belief. ex: “The people I work with are genuine. They’re just living their lives the best way they can right now. I am in control. Today is a good day.”., then you start to see a shift.
